Bookings are essential for all treatments.
All our available appointments can be booked on our live booking system online, see the Book Now page.
Walk-in's for enquiries are welcome (a "treatment in progress'' sign will be on the door if busy)
If you are looking for a specific date or time that is not available on our website booking system, please advise in an email and we will be in touch if your preference becomes available.
Please note that as a courtesy to our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Please be aware that if you arrive late, your appointment will be finished at the scheduled time to respect our next client’s scheduled time.
When we are with clients we are not available to answer the phone or respond to emails immediately, please be patient with us, we aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
A non-refundable deposit or card capture is required to secure your online booking. The deposit you make will go towards your payment total on the day.
Cancellations made within 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge fee for that appointment booked and your deposit will be lost. This includes no shows. This fee will need to be paid before we can make any future appointments with you.
If your cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit is transferred into a credit on your account to use on a future appointment.
Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business and we kindly ask that you get in touch at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule it.
We ask kindly that if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness (Covid or any other sickness), that you reschedule your appointment. Tattoo removal clients are advised it is unsafe to perform this service whilst unwell or recovering form being sick, it's a huge load on the liver.
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/a prescription as some services may be contraindicated.
Please advise of any allergies, sensitivities or if you are pregnant.
No massage treatment will be provided if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy.
Please understand that when your cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive our services.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard only.
Please be aware that Paywave, Visa and MasterCard payments will get 2.85% surcharge.

Because the course of treatments has been prescribed for you individually, package treatments are non-transferable. Package treatments are to be used within 8 months of payment. By Paying in full, you accept and understand the terms and conditions of your teatments.
Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. The Beauty Garden is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost or stolen. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher is not valid with any other offer and/or special at The Beauty Garden. Vouchers must be used by one person in one visit.
Strictly NO sexual services provided.
Please arrive on time to appointments, there is a chair in the reception to wait comfortably. Upon arrival please turn off mobile phones. The Beauty Garden's aim is to offer the most peaceful and relaxing environment to each and every guest.
There is free parking on site.
Kids are welcome in your appointment, we ask that they are calm whilst in the studio as there are potential hazards in the treatment rooms.
